In 2026, syte goes international. The UK is one of our first markets outside the DACH region – and you are the person who makes it happen on the ground in London. As Country Manager UK (m/f/d), you are syte's first person on the ground in London — the face of syte, our brand ambassador in the UK market, and the trusted voice of our platform in every client, partner and industry conversation across the country.
Your role is to bring our strategy to life locally – with the market knowledge, network, cultural fluency and client focus that only someone deeply rooted in the UK market can bring.
This is the most entrepreneurial role at syte in 2026. You're not slotting into an existing process. You're executing the playbook that decides whether syte wins in the UK.
Your responsibilities
- Brand ambassador: You are the voice and face of syte in the UK – at events, on stage, in meetings, on LinkedIn. You represent who we are, what we stand for and what we're building.
- Sales ownership UK: You lead the entire client conversation in English – from first contact to signed contract. Discovery, demo, pricing, negotiation. You are the person every UK prospect talks to.
- Pipeline building: Cold outreach, warm intros, events, panels. You don't wait for inbound. You know UK developers, asset managers, architects and investment managers – and you don't hesitate to pick up the phone.
- Industry presence: You represent syte at the events that matter – MIPIM, PropTech Connect and other key UK industry gatherings. You build syte's reputation in the UK market, one conversation at a time.
- Focus on the first clients: You personally onboard our first UK clients and stay close to them. Their success is our reference; their feedback shapes our roadmap.
- Market radar: You translate the UK reality into clear input for Lena and the product team – which regulatory layers are missing for UK workflows, how architects and developers actually work, which segments convert first, and where cultural nuances change the message.
- Partnerships and advisors: You take over and develop syte's existing UK relationships and bring new ones into the network – from forward-thinking architects and institutional developers to digitally minded asset managers.
